With the goal of supporting advisors in delivering exceptional client service, especially when in-person meetings are not an option, Manulife is excited to now offer e-signature capability for completing new segregated fund and GIC contracts using Online Transactions (OLT). Getting started is easy
Submitting new segregated fund or GIC contract applications using Online Transactions is very user-friendly, and this step-by-step video takes you through the process. Using this new e-service eliminates both the need for in-person meetings to collect signatures, and the printing of applications for scanning and faxing purposes*.
As part of the client authentication process, advisors create a unique verification code for each applicant that they’ll provide to them via phone call or text. With these safeguards in place, the client receives the application securely and can also easily download a PDF copy for their records.
Online Transactions support
Using Online Transactions is a faster, more efficient, and more secure way to submit applications. Visit the Online Transactions hub for all information and resources pertaining to Online Transactions at www.Repsource.ca/OnlineTransactions (login required).
Watch for updates as e-signature capability will be offered soon for more transactions. Advisors who already have a DocuSign account can continue to use it for any forms, including applications, provided it’s submitted with a Certificate of Completion.
